Lola provides the bases for eliminating certain foods from our diet. The information is written in a form that is easy to understand for the average person. She's Australian so some of her terms I have had to look up. Her YouTube site is great and shows her weight loss progress which is motivating. She also demonstrates how to make some of the recipes. This shift in eating will take e some time for those who don't have access to a coop, trader Joe's or whole foods store, since the average grocery store won't carry the breadth of foods required to eat this way. look as this a change in lifestyle rather than a diet. Some of the recipes seem complex, but can be easily simplified.Product details

Did not realize the book wss written by an aussie. recipes were strange. kilos instead of pounds were used.
I bought this to read on my . The menu plan and other sections of the book which have been 'dumped' are just too small to read and the font cannot be changed. Bit of a disappointment. Other than that its very informative and I would love to see if it works.
Its so easy to read, realistic and makes sense. I LOVE it!

Great book! Lola is funny, real and relatable! Really enjoyed readying this book- nothing worse than reading a book like this written by a naturally skinny person... doesn't work!

Sadly my faith in Lola Berry was extinguished after she promoted her Stop Being A Fat Bitch weight loss plan and then promptly withdrew it after lots of (understandably) bad press. I was a fan. Not any more. Poor judgement, poor advisers and serious reputational damage. If it was a money making exercise it backfired.
